  • Share a Personal View with a User in a Different Hub

    Hello,

    I have a User in the Sales Hub who created a personal view of Accounts and shared it with a User in the Customer Service Hub. The view is showing as shared however, the link the Sales Hub User sent to the Customer Service Hub User does not work and the Customer Service Hub User does not see the view in their list of Account views.

    Has anyone else seen this type of sharing behavior? Did we do something wrong?

    Hmmm can you post a screenshot of the view sharing details here?

    As long as both users have access to the table, the table is included in both app’s sitemaps and there isn’t any sort of column security restricting access, this should work.

    Heidi,

    Thank you for your response. So, when the User said they “shared” their view with another User, they just sent them a link to the view. Once they actually shared the view it works as expected.
