Schedule Boards in Customer Service Hub and custom apps
Hi,
we currently use the Schedule Board in the Customer Service App for our Tier 1 Advisers to book appointments for Tier 2 advisers. This works as expected.
However, we now have other departments which want to use the same functionality but I can’t seem to find a definitive guide to having multiple schedule boards. Does anyone know of one?
The use case would be to have different schedule boards to show in separate MDAs – the default one in Customer Service Hub, Funding Adviser schedule board in the Get Funding App and Business Adviser board in the Services App. Is this even doable?
This is driving me absolutely batty and I keep going round in circles.
