Did Email a Link Change?

Hello,

I seem to remember this was an issue, then it wasn’t, now it seems to be an issue again, or i could be completely wrong. If someone in the Customer Service Hub emails a link from an Account to someone in the Sales Hub. The User with access to the Sales Hub clicks the link and gets a “We can’t open this app” error. I understand that the appid is in the URL, but it wasn’t always there, was it?

Is there some setting somewhere that lets me exclude the appid from the email a link URL or a setting that just opens the record in the app the User does have access too?
