Capture initial resolve date

    Our cases have a workflow to reopen if a customer sends in an email response after the case is resolved and at that time the case reopens and the status goes to reopen. I need to capture the first date that the case is initially resolved. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I would add a new column (field) to the case table called Initial Resolve Date (or whatever you’d like). Then add a flow/workflow to run anytime a case is closed as resolved to put the Modified On date in the Resolve date.
