    Copy item into multiple companies

    Hello,

    We have multiple companies set up in Business Central SaaS.

    We would like to be able to create an item once and have it populate into 2 of the companies. Is this possible? If yes, how would this be done?

    If this is not possible, is it possible to copy an item from one company to another?

    You can use recent feature of Master Data Management setup released in 2023 Wave 1 to copy master data from one company to other companies. You are required to setup tables and fields that you want to sync with other companies.
