Session Overview:
“How do I find information in all this customer data?” That is the question your end users have been asking you to figure out. Using a case study from a customer, this session will cover how to use the Power Platform, agents, and dataverse to ask questions and get relevant information in a timely and nicely formatted way.
Learning Objectives:
- Attendees will be able to create an agent to ask pertinent information.
- Attendees will be able to create a Power Automate Flow to send information from the agent to Dataverse.
- Attendees will be able to create an adaptive card to relay the information back to the end user.
