Dynaway EAM (sold to Microsoft in 2018) is now a part of Microsoft Dynamics®, known as “Microsoft Asset Management”. Asset Management module is only available on Dynamics 365 on cloud whereas Dynaway can implement EAM solution on AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 on premises. You can move to Asset Management solutions once you decide to upgrade to D365.
