Michelle Peters managed a 9-month Dynamics 365 F&O implementation that went live in early 2022 and has since led a Dynamics 365 Optimization team at her company, Ovintiv. While the dust has settled post-implementation, there were many takeaways from the project that others just starting on their Dynamics 365 journey could benefit from discussing. Michelle will discuss both things that went well and places where the project fell short.
