Project feedback and Client survey solution – Dynamics 365

Session Overview: Project feedback and Client survey is a solution primarily based around surveys developed in Customer Insights – Journeys. The whole idea was to streamline the whole process of surveying internal / external users. We wanted to relieve all the pressure of creating forms, questions, tracking answers and gathering it all in one place.
With this solution we allow users to dynamically generate a form (using custom trained AI, the forms are enriched with custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and can be completely personalized for each client needs) based on the users input and the requirements of that survey process.
To encapsulate the whole process, we leveraged AI Builder capabilities, to give users a deeper insight into gathered responses, which consists of AI Summaries, AI sentiment based on the answers and also proposed next steps to improve on. Also, a thing we can’t go on without are dashboards which visualize all these KPIs.
