Dynamics 365 CRM: Insights, Sales, Customer, and Service … Oh My!

Microsoft has released artificial intelligence and reporting apps for the Dynamics 365 CE product suite. These apps (Sales Insights, Customer Insights and Customer Service Insights) bring a wealth of decision-support power to Dynamics 365 users. But they can be overwhelming and challenging to understand.
