    Hello Jim,

    I am answering this question here as it may come in handy for another system administrator when they cannot find all the settings for their Dynamics 365 Hubs. Here is a list of URLs that you can use to access the settings, since they are not all in the Overview page:

    Hello Tina. You have to configure the Timelines of the records you want to show Teams Chat. From the Form Designer, select the Timeline, see the options on the right panel, and check the box to show Teams Chat. You will have to do this for each Form where you want this option.

    Hello Heidi! Yes, that is correct. There are some users that I cannot add as a Participant to a connected chat. Both me and my colleague are system administrators. Users can add me as a Participant, but not my colleague. We have 4 Customer Care Managers with the same security set-up and users can only add 1 out of the 4 as a Participant.
