I just wanted to add this into the documentation for anyone that might be pondering it. The miscalculation is increasing after each weekly payroll. Just before it was first noticed, we had a power failure during the payroll process. So some sort of corruption sounds likely.

I found out you cannot change decimal places in SmartList.

The title shows as State Tax Summary.

Thanks, David. That would be UPR30300 and UPR30301… correct? I wonder if there’s a quicker way to see it in SmartList.
