Hi Carrie,

I’ve seen this happen before and, in my experience, the removal of XML 2.0 is the cause. The XML 2.0 prerequisite is required to be installed and beings it is an older version of the software, the IT scanners will flag it and sometimes it will get uninstalled. Check out this article. Hi Drew,

Did you get this figured out? I would recommend you look at the logs in SSRS. That will usually give some detail on the issue.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\SSRS\LogFiles

Hello,

As you know, those windows do not have options for user defined fields. If you can repurpose an existing field, I would recommend that. If that doesn’t work, then you can look at third party products like Extender. Otherwise, you’d need to look at custom development.

Hi Linh,

Rebuilding the datamart would most likely help in this case. It’s something that is pretty simple and usually fixes these items. If you aren’t using analytical accounting or currency translation, I would recommend you use the legacy connector versus the datamart.

If you have report designer open already when the new account is added to GP, it won’t show up until you close and reopen report designer.

You can also always type it in like Derek mentioned.

Hi Jackie,

I’m not quite sure I understand what you are looking for, but we can work our way through it. In order to get transaction details to pull, you need to have a PERIODIC type column in the column layout, which it looks like you do. You are also trying to get attributes to pull, and it appears you have that set properly.

If the attributes aren’t showing on each line in your detail information, I’m wondering if those transactions originated in the GL? Depending on where the transactions originated from, they won’t have all of the details.

Hello,

If possible, I would recommend moving away from using the data mart. I only recommend using that if the client needs to pull analytical accounting data or if they are using currency translation. You should be able to set up the legacy connector in the configuration console.

New accounts and segments do not load as often to the datamart as the transactions. It could be you need to wait just a bit longer. Restarting the service is probably triggering all loads types to occur. You could also make sure you are on the latest version, just in case there is a bug.
