We maintain a custom “assignment” table (via integration) that includes key data used to assign to the right sales rep. For us, this includes zip code, business unit, sales channel, and Sales rep. We have a number of FLOWs that are kicked off when a new lead is created in our system to update data, assign the lead and notify the owner. The assignment FLOW looks at this custom table to find who the correct sales rep should be and then updates the owner.
