When I turn on the Filter Experience in PBI service, the filter pane on the right hand side completely disappears. I have tried a couple of different things (including verifying that it is turned on in service) but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this issue or no how to correct it? Screenshots are below.

Filter pane is available on right hand side.

      Filter pane on right disappeared

It’s there is your first screen shot, it is now a white bar – click the arrow to pop it out!

The first screen shot is before I turn on the Filtering Experience. The last one is when it is turned off.

Well the white bar is the new Filter experience (the old one is black) – I suggest you raise a call with Microsoft – if you have a Power BI Pro licence then you can log a call and they often get back pretty quick.

      Hi ,

I see you’re using the new look so the filter bar is always white.?
Check in your pbix desktop report that the filter pane is set to show in the PBI Service.

      Hope that sorts it.
