Hi – as a company we are looking at migrating over from SharePoint 2013 to Office 365 by the end of the year. Forms at the present are developed in InfoPath. To get a heads up I have been looking at PowerApps. Nearly all the forms I develop have a list behind them, and in PowerApps I have been looking at a way to do the equivalent of having sections on the form, so I can group my controls in them to only show when needed. I have also noticed when I change the visibility property of a control the control responds in design as well as runtime, and was wondering is there a way to change this behaviour. If anyone can help me in these two areas I would be very grateful.

You will need to get a handle on how the app handles were cards are placed. To keep things in sections you can utilize the WidthFit property so the card will expand when something to the right is not visible. You can add a rectangle to the bottom of a card (or several) to use as a divider.
