Hi Khurram – 

As mentioned, if you can add an index column once your data is in the order you need it, you can then add a simple cumulative measure.

Total Value A = SUM(‘Table'[Value A]??)
Total Value B = SUM(‘Table'[Value B]??)
Total Value AB = [Total Value A] + [Total Value B]

Cumulative Value AB =
     CALCULATE( [Total Value AB],
           FILTER(
               ALL(‘Table’),
               ‘Table'[Index] <= MAX(‘Table'[Index])
           )
     )
