When I try to share one of my dashboards with my coworker or when she tries to share a dashboard with me, I receive the following message from Power BI online
What do I need to do to get rid of this error? Do I need to change my online id to be the same? Will I have to recreate my reports and dashboards under the new id? Help requested from PUG Thank YouĀ Betsy Wills

Hi Besty !
Try getting a Power BI Pro trail subscription which could use same [domain account] which your co-workers are using e.g [yourname@yourcompany.com]
Either use default workspace or create a new workspace, create reports in Power BI Desktop, publish it on Power BI Online which is [app.powerbi.com], you can publish Power BI reports from Power BI Desktop as well.
Create dashboard in Power BI Online, share your Dashboards with co-workers using sharing option make sure they have Power BI Pro trial subscription as well.
Also, once you develop Dashboard you can publish your Dashboard to Power BI app, and share hat app within your organization.
