      I have a few app-driven reports, such as JIRA, the OOB D365 and Google Analytics that reside in my workspace. I would like them to reside in my group workspace so that not only do others have access to the reports, but I also want pin some of the visuals from other reports that reside in that workspace to a common dashboard. Is there any way to achieve this? I have tried sharing the report with the group alias email address, as well as trying to add the app while the group workspace is selected and in both cases, nothing happens. Is this a permissions issue because each of the apps require authentication? Or is there a way around this?

      Hi,

      From your workspace [My Workspace] you can copy the .pbix file if you haven’t, then create a new App workspace V2 & publish your .pbix to this newly created workspace.

      Try distributing your Report / Dashboard using App experience.

      You can pin different visuals in a single Dashboard.

      The option for me to download the PBIX file is grayed out on the D365 Process Analyzer and Sales Analytics reports, which show in the normal reports area.

      The JIRA and Google Analytics reports only show up in the “Apps” section and do not have the “download a .pbix copy” option at all under File.Ā

      If I am not missing anything, and it is a limitation of the apps, then I will head over to the MS ideas site to suggest it.

      Hi,

      For D365 Process Analyzer & Sales Analytics Reports, downloading is disabled.

      Your Power BI Admin has disabled reports download globally or may be download is only allowed to specific user group.

      You can check with your Admin guy, these setting can be found under;

      Settings -> Admin Portal -> Tenant Settings -> Export & Sharing Settings -> [Export Data]

      For [JIRA] & [Google Analytics] reports these are created from [Content Pack] / [App] so the source of the report is unavailable to you, it is only meant for consumption.

      Regards,
