I developed a pretty elaborate PowerApps application… Using SQL on-Prem, SharePoint, Business OneDrive, PowerAutomate (Flow), etc.
I am having a couple of issues:
1.) I shared the application and all of the connections along with the PowerAutomate (Flow) to another user. All of the connections I shared they have but when they open the application (only through the developer’s link) it does not connect the data sources to the database even though they have the connect. Why is it doing this? The only way we can think of is to delete the data sources and re-connection them all with the other user but that doesn’t work since we are sharing the application. PLEASE HELP!!!
3.) I have extra connections that it ask for each time I open the application for SQL Server and OneDrive for Business keep popping up and it won’t go away even though I’m not using these. If I click the button DON’T ALLOW it allows me into the application just fine. How do I get rid of this?
Thank you!!!Ā

Hi Sandra, This is a stab in the dark, but it cannot hurt anything. Try the Export Package and see if the connections are listed in Related Resources. If not, you should be able to import the package without themĀ or re-create them if necessary.
Please note:
This action will also remove this member from your connections and send a report to the site admin.
Please allow a few minutes for this process to complete.
