PowerApps is just a data manipulator – the limitations are from the data sources. There was a thread a month or so ago – I think it was something like “What can Powerapps do” that was similar, you could look at those comments.

Please see the screenshot below which should answer your question around data types.This is not my slide, it was taken from a presentation.
Also, one of the MVPs mentioned on twitter yesterday that the recommended maximum number of data sources per app is 30.

I think that list is for CDS tables – not Powerapps. The limit and types of data are with the data source. PowerApps only needs to match up correct data types
