  I’ve tried to use calculated column, without any luck.
  
  Column = CALCULATE(MAX(data[EXCH_RATE]),
  FILTER(ALL(data),
  data[EFFECTIVE_DATE]=Table[Posting_date] && data[FROM_CURRENCY]=Table[NativeCurrency]))
