a) to build a Power BI Dashboard b) the customer does not want to log in to the power bi service for viewing the dashboard and reports c) instead the customers wants get an alert email based on certain KPIs meeting certain threshold levels d) using that email the customer would then go into the Power BI service view details
Can this be made possible with Power Apps , Power BI combo and if so how toĀ go about doing it.
Alerts are great and then you can leverage Microsoft Flow to further control and configure actions that you want to occur.

Yes I agree with Blair Scott. You won’t use the mail functionality on notifications in Power BI since the mail is only received by the user who set up the notification. Using Flow you are able to catch notifications of Power BI and trigger mails to adresses of your choice. The notification behavior may change in future releases of PBI and enable you to set notifications e.g. for dedicated user Groups set up in PBI. But that’sallĀ stillĀ upĀ inĀ theĀ air. š
