Hi,

in my PowerApp i am sending emails that contain a link to open the PowerApp.
For most of my users, this does not work. When they click on the link in the Email, it changes to the PowerApps mobile app but it stucks on a loading screen, saying “Organisations are being changed” (or something similar, i only know the german version).

When manually opening the powerapps mobile app, it works fine. Any idea?

If the user is from the same organization as you , simply share the app with them and it will come ?in their list on the mobile app. If they are from a different organisation/tenant, there is an unfortunate glitch here and the app will not connect most of the time if they are logged in initially with their own tenant.
