Hello, I have several confusions regarding the powerapps licenses. My client is going to buy Microsoft 365. What license should he buy to be able to use powerapps and powerautomate knowing that the connection will be made only on sharepoint lists thank you

Most of the 365 licenses allow you to use Power Apps and Power Automate. Using Sharepoint is part of that as well. Unless you need to connect to other services that are premium connectors, there would be no other charge. On the Microsoft site they list which license types include what you need . If I remember correctly only the 2 cheapest licenses do not include what you need.

Office365 E3 (Enterprise 3) will do everything you need except (as Brian pointed out) the use of Premium connectors.
