Hey all,

I have a question concerning interactions between two separate visuals, both are cards.  I have pulled two different values on these cards, one being sales revenue from 2015, and the other being from 2016.  I did this by using visual level filters within these cards.

My question is: Can I create a simple measure for a new card that will return the difference between these two amounts that are being shown?  I realize that I could go in and create a column to do this, but thats not what im looking for.  I would like to find a way to have a card that will automatically find the difference, sum, or % change of two values being shown on cards.

Hopefully this all made sense, if you need clarity just reply and I’ll attempt to delineate more.

Hi Duncan.

Have you tried the calculate function?  Calculate(Sum(Table[A]))-Calculate(Sum(Table[B]))

Well I’m not looking to create a new column within the data tab, I’m looking to find differences and % changes between two visuals being displayed as cards in the report tab. Does that make sense?  Thank you for the reply.
