      Hi,

      i have 2 sheets (S1,S2)

      1. Sales
      2. Incentives 

      with common item names.

      For sales happening in S1, i want to calculate eligibility and then incentive disbursal.

      I have mentioned the problem thoroughly in the attached excel also with sample data

      Experts, kindly step in to provide me a solution for this pls
