      Hi,
I want to send an email with gmail on clicking a button.
      I will explain the scenario.
when i enter the details of an employee and submit button is clicked. Then when a button is clicked from the detail screen, the details in detail screen as such should be send to the admin.
How to do that? Can you help me with this.

      Regards,
      Shema

Is there a reason you want to use gmail? The admin should have an email within the tenant right? There is an email command built into Power Apps. See this post:

      Hi,
If I use the email command you mentioned, can i send the detail form as such ?Or should I use any other formulas. My detail form contains -,”check in date’,’check in time’,’device name’,’employee name’,’check out date’,’check out time’.Each time when a new record is entered, all these details should be send to the admin.(like the detail form) .

You can send anything in the body of the email. The easiest way is probably the Concatenate function. You could also send a link to the record in Sharepoint

OK – the email of the new record should still work. Is there a reason you are not using the 365 connectors?

      Hi
I am not familiar with the 365 connectors.Using Microsoft flow I was able to send the email to the admin, but that was writing the html code in the body, and that could send only the data of one person.

If there will be more than one record set you will have to use the “Apply to each” condition in Flow. Alternately, you could use the native email function in Power Apps and then you could just send the email after each record is saved. You could put the function in the button OnSelect along with the Save Form call.
