I see you have two columns in the group by, so you can try with ISINSCOPE:

IF (
   AND( ISINSCOPE(table[Col1]), ISINSCOPE(table[Col2]) ),
   (DIVIDE([ActCDS_CY~],([Trips_CY]))),
   BLANK()     
)

Echoing what Pablo mentioned, I believe the currency should be a column… 

As a test, try this
IF (HASONEVALUE(CURRENCY), (DIVIDE([ActCDS_CY~],([Trips_CY]))), BLANK())

Given your grand total would have many currency values, it won’t should any for the grand total@
