Hello, 

I am trying to use the Power BI REST API to be able to export a specified report from “My Workspace” to the requested format however when I type in my report ID I am getting the following error message.

    "message": "Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity"

}

Do you have to have premium capacity in order to have dedicated capacity?

Yes, that is what “dedicated capacity” means, that you require Power BI Premium, indeed.??
