Hi,
I’m trying to set up the CDS in a power apps environment for the first time, to use the AI builder tools. But when I click create database, it says that this feature has been disabled in the tenant settings and an admin needs to enable it. I’ve checked with the person here that manages our MS power universe, and he has no idea what he needs to turn on to enable me (or him) to create a CDS database. 

Anyone have some details/screenshots they can share about what we need to configure?

I do not have screen shots but I believe first you will need to add a PowerApps Plan 2 license to your account. You should then be able to go into PowerApps and set up the environment. They have a trial Plan 2 that is free, so you should have those available.

Thanks I have the license (I think trial) and have an environment created. Then from that environment, I click create database and I get this error message when I click create my database:

This AAD resource ‘https://admin.services.crm.dynamics.com/’ has been disabled by tenant ”. Please contact your tenant administrator for more details.

That sounds like an Azure Active Directory issue. I admit I haven’t worked in that Admin center enough to be of much assistance there.
