Problem Statement:
We have a custom list which contains customized Power Apps forms. SharePoint list has been deleted and we still the customized list form listed as app of type “SharePoint Form” in Power Apps Admin Center.

Question:
Is there way to delete such Apps [SharePoint Form] where the source list has been deleted form the SharePoint.

Any response would be highly appreciated.

You should still see teh app in your list of App when in Poweapps.  Selest the three dots > details and then you can delete

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply.
After selecting the three dots i only see the “Details”  option. 
Do not have option to delete the SharePoint form app from there.

Note: I have global admin permissions.

You need to then select Details.  Then you will see some more menu options across the they top.  Delete is the last option

I do not see the “Delete” option. Please see attached image
Also please note the source SharePoint list whose form was customized has been deleted and may be thus the “Delete” option is not available.

You can only delete if you are the original owner of the app.  If that person has left then I believe there has been an option put in for the administrator to delete in these cases.  If that person is still there then only they can delete.  This was a discussion point at a recent user group forum.  Not sure where that option in

Yes i am the owner of the app and i also have global admin permissions still i dont see the “Delete” option.
Seems bug from MS.

Mark,

You are referring to delete a canvas app.
What Ketan wants is to delete a Sharepoint Form app, these apps are not visible in the make.powerapps.com view or admin view.

Can’t find it how to delete this if you don’t have the source list. If you have the source list you can go into setting of that list and turn on the standard form, than you can press delete on the powerapps form setting (all within sharepoint).

Thanks for your response.
Indeed if the source list is deleted then we cannot manage the SharePoint Form Apps anymore.

I guess this needs to be raised with Microsoft for the fix.
