I would like to select a “name” in PBI filter at my report, and it will open a resume about this “name”, if I can show a picture about this “name” is much more then thousands of words about it.

Simply use a “Multi-row card” visual to display your data, and make sure you have a field that contains a url to an image for your employee. You have to categorize that field as an “Image url”. That url should be on a public web site, or a one-drive for business or sharepoint site, and make sure you specify the full path as follow http://blabla/bla/image1.jpg.
