  Hi,
  
  I have a long list of projects with their progress in %. I want the number of projects between 0 and 50% of progress, and the number of projects between 50% and 100%. How can I do this with Power BI Desktop?

  It sounds like you have a case of “segmentation” https://www.daxpatterns.com/dynamic-segmentation/
  Basically you write a measure that will give you flag values for each project (below 50/above 50) and then you can write another measure that uses that result to do a count of the two segments.
