Good morning, with everyone. Could you help me with the next query, please. It happens that in the app we have, we would like you to attach and send by mail the PDF that is generated with the entered data. This PDF is currently saved to a OneDrive path and I would like to email it from PowerApps, which is already connected to Outlook 365.
Attached video of use about the app and the generated PDF
Thank you very much in advance.
A hug!

Good morning, Mark. thanks for the reply. I saw the video but still couldn't generate the code to attach the PDF file from OneDrive. Just in case, do you have a code for it? Best regards, Jhonatan Ora Badillo

Saludos,
Jhonatan Ora

Good morning, Gustavo. Yes, the flow consists of generating an HTML file that is acquired from power apps and then converts it to a PDF file. Finally, this is stored in a OneDrive path and this is where I would like this file to be attached to be sent by mail that is automatically sent from the PwerApps. Cheers, Jhonatan Ora

Regarding PDF creation, I have a reply to another user in case you want to check it out.ĀAhora, el tema del flow y enviar el archivo.
Now, let’s talk about the flow to send the file. When you convert the file to PDF, at that moment you can choose either to store it or to send it right away.Ā I usually store the HTML instead of the PDF. On my flow you will see that after creating the PDFs (PurchOrder and Order Terms) I attach the files immediately without storing them in OneDrive, in your case you should see a CreateFile action, but this doesn’t change the way the email action works.
Aqui esta mi flow / Here is my flow:
At the attachment section you just need to point to the Action.FileContent. In my flow that would be Convert2PDF.FileContent. In your case that should be CreateFile.FileContent. Remember that you must specify an Attachment Name.
Espero que esto te sirva / I hope this works.
Dejame saber si necesitas mas ayuda / Let me know if you need more help.
Saludos / Cheers
Gus
