Hi Group,

Any idea on Calculating Annual Yearly Attrition in Power BI.

I have calculated Open HC, Close HC,Avg HC, Exits And monthly attririon

by Join Date and Exit Dates. Have created a calendar auto for dim date table.

Any leads on Annual attrition Calculation will be helpful.
