Hi,
Need some help please. I have Alerts set for a couple of cards that I’ve pinned to my dashboard. The cards contains whole numbers and are always positive numbers. I setup my alerts to notify me whenever the number is above ZERO (at the most ONCE an hour). I have scheduled refreshes that run 3 times during the day and are 4 hours apart. I’ve had these Alerts LIVE for the past week and the trigger success rate is about 33%. They should be triggered each time a refresh occurs because the number always changes to a different number. Has anyone seen this issue? I’ve posted on other forums but so far no one has lead me towards the right solution. Any help would be appreciated.

This might be an overly simplistic thing to check, but what is the Maximum notification frequency set to you on alert?

No problem. Thanks for responding. I ended up creating a new pinned card, dashboard, and alert. It seems to be working now, but I still can’t explain why I was experiencing my initial issue. One thing that I did change was the Threshold amount. I changed it to “1” since my value will always be greater than this. I don’t know if that makes a difference or not.

I’ll continue to monitor this.
