    Hello community,

    here is the post of my key take aways for section 7 of the 10 days of Microsoft Fabric challenge “Get Started with Data Warehouses in Microsoft Fabric”:

    1. Data Lake <> Data Warehouse <> Data Base <> Data Mart, oh yes! each one has its own purpose

    2. SQL is your best friend here

    3. There are some limitations nowadays, as some table features are not supported yet in Fabric Warehouses

    1. Emphasizing on SQL, knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or any other SQL client is essential to create tables in the data warehouse.

    2. For more information on the Tables in data warehousing, this documentation expands on it –https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/data-warehouse/tables

    3. You can query data from the warehouse using the Visual Query editor or SQL query editor.

    4. The security of the data warehouse is very important. Take advantage of the role-based control in Fabric to prevent unauthorized access to your data.
