Hi GPUG friends,

I am working with a new company that has a very old version of Wennsoft.  The setup does not fit their needs so they want to modify their maintenance options revenue recognition choice.  Everywhere I look it says contact Key2Act consulting.   Does anyone actually know how to modify their method?  They are beyond support and I just want to try to help them.

I have the same problem, do you have to upgrade to the new version of Wennsoft (Key2Act), this is happening because the tables change in GP with the new version and Wennsoft looks for the names of the old tables, there is no link.

I solved the problem upgrading to the new version of Key2Act (Wennsoft).

The version of Dynamics GP should be match with the Signature (key2Act) version.

Since this customer is out of support with K2A, and they will not be able to upgrade until they re-enroll in a current maintenance plan, maybe could help, as she has quite some experience with the Wennsoft product…
K2A’s support team is very knowledgeable and might still help with paid assistance?? if you ask.. though I’d understand that they would like the customer to upgrade first.
