We are encountering very slow response time when trying to void a bank deposit. We literally need to go home for the day and come back in the morning for it to be complete.
When contacting Microsoft, their response was it is a known bug in GP 2015 and that they advise us to upgrade to 2016.
we are not at a point where we can easily upgrade.Â
May I ask if anyone is having the same issue and how you are able to fix/work around it?Â

We have three GP environments (2) GP2013 and a GP10 version. We experiencing this issue mostly in our GP10 version. For us, it has to do with a large amount of data in the CM tables. We have created an archive process to move the bank reconciled data to CMXXXX_Archive. This allows our bank deposit voids to run at an improved rate.
