      In the Customer Maintenance Window through Cards I can view/add Notes to a Customer (see above).  When I look at a Customer’s information through Customer Inquiry, I do not see that note icon.  Is there a way to view Notes related to a Customer in the Customer Inquiry Window?

      This is not available “out of the box”. However, see this post by Mariano Gomez related to accomplishing this with a customization:

      If you are like me, this is beyond my level of comfort, but a programmer or your GP partner should be able to accomplish it for you.
