    Upgrading from 18.4 to 18.6

    We have had a ton of issues with our workflows surrounding requisitions and POs failing to add staff to the step/task who are on the workflow. We looked at this with our vendor support and per MS we need to go to 18.6 because there are a lot of workflow fixes in the new version. We are going to do this upgrade in house, and I am wondering if you all have any recommendations or gotchas you have seen in this type of upgrade?

    Does anyone have a link to a good walk through for doing a GP upgrade? Vendors want a fortune to do the process.

    Hey Dave,

    Can you post the specific build numbers of 18.4 and 18.6 you’re looking at? There are possibly different steps that need to be reviewed (and possibly multiple hops to do) depending on the detailed version numbers. Examples: 18.4.1384 and 18.6.1728.
