We have several employee scenarios where individuals can have multiple positions, and therefore different supervisors. We are implementing Kronos Time/Attendance and want to be able to use the Supervisor organizational feature in GP and bring into Kronos but not sure about those situations where someone might have 2 or more different people signing off on timesheets or setting up schedules. We are a local government that also handles Schools operations, which is where most of the situations occur; such as teacher aides that work multiple schools; EDEP or interpreters, or a bus driver that also works in the cafeteria.

Any suggestions, or how you all might handle it? We are on GP 2013 and are planning to upgrade to 16 in the next few months.

Not familiar with Kronos, but I would suggest looking at Employee Positions (Additional Positions button on the Employee card). You can have multiple positions assigned to an employee, and the position is required for time entry so I’d imagine Kronos would be able to handle it.
