I just reserved my room at the Gaylord for Summit this year.  They stated that they do not have many rooms left but they do have some.  My stay is from the 8th to the 14th.  If you schedule the room and need to cancel, it is a 72 hour notice to do so.  I hope this helps someone out that is looking for a room.

Thank you for posting this.  Our company went online and couldn’t book a room at the Gaylord, but we were able to call the hotel and probably get 3 of the last few rooms.  It looks like a great venue.  See you in Nashville!

Greetings,
I just wanted to chime in here quick to confirm that we still have PLENTY of availability left at the Gaylord Opryland for Summit 2017, so nobody should be concerned yet about not being able to book a room there. When we reach the point of absolute sell out, we will be noting that out on the Hotel page of the Summit website so everyone is well aware. We have seen some significant pickup for the shoulder dates of the 9th and the 13th which have been selling out quickly, which could be causing the temporary issue for some people when they try to book their room, but we’re keeping a very close eye on those pickups and are backfilling rooms immediately as soon as they get low.
