Does anyone have any recommendations for a solution to integrate with Stripe or another flexible payment gateway?

Specifically, we’d like the ability to process a sales transaction in GP and create an invoice, and then collect payment via the card numbers stored on associated accounts (within the gateway).  

I.e. Recurring billing generates invoice (which is not always the same dollar value) -> Generate Payment Request -> Capture Payment Via Stored Account Info -> Post payment to account in GP

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

HI Matthew – Both Nodus and KeCommerce have CC processing, are PCI compliant and integrate with GP.  I’m sure there are a few other options, but those are the 2 we typically go to when recommending this functionality to our customers.  If you are using the ARCB recurring contract billing product from Binary Stream, we implemented that along with the Nodus product and our client is really pleased with how streamlined the whole process is.

SmartConnect is another option to help integrate many of the different payment gateways with Microsoft Dynamics GP.  SmartConnect will let you select which data to integrate and how you want that mapped to your GP invoices.  The great thing about using SmartConnect for this is that you could use it in other integrations with GP or many other applications you may use in your business.
