      Somehow we have a duplicate Smartlist showing in the Add Smartlist to the shortcut favorites. This has broken the existing favorites for users.

      When we go to the Add Smartlist there are two Sales Transactions listed. Each of the Sales Transactions contain the same list of Smartlist reports however only one will operate correctly and unfortunately the one tied to the users shortcut favorites is now the one that doesn’t work.

      I have attached a screen shot of what we are seeing.

      Note, in Smartlist Builder under the existing Smartlists, the Sales Transaction now shows an * at the end of the Sales Transaction list name.

      Any ideas?

      SmartList Broken?

      It happened again about a week later, and I had to search for it again.Ā  Now it’s bookmarkedšŸ™‚
