I prepared an EFT check run report and Exhibit A shows the Success Status= Document Sent Successfully. This gives us the green light that everything is ok. After the EFT check run was processed Exhibit B shows the Success Status= An Unknown error occurred. The remittance emails were not sent to the vendors.
Has anyone else experience this issue?Ā Ā

Hey there! Hopefully you are on a new version of GP.Ā We are running 18.4.1384 but you need to be on at least 18.3.1173 for Modern Authentication to work. I had the same issue and have been scrambling.Ā We have Exchange online and using Office 365.Ā You’ll need to enlist your IT folks and need to setup an App Registration in Azure.Ā Here is the video I found outlining what to do for that.Ā And note – you have to do this even if your not using MFA.
