Return w/credit has Restocking fee
Hello all hope your Fridays are going well. I have a return to be entered for an inventoried item and am all good with a normal return. This return is Less a stocking fee. how do i handle that return in GP. Do I change the value of the item or am I able to add a positive line to the return to offset the credit. ( or am i being confusing?)
can anyone lend some knowledge and or instruction for processing this?

Hi Rebecca,
Not sure if you had gotten this resolved yet.
Typically, when we create a return with a restock fee. We use the function of Additional in the menu.
This is under the function menu Additional, select on the down arrow and select the apply restock fee and enter the percentage. Then process.
I added two attachments. Not sure if the recording will open.
