Liaison Messenger EDD allows you to use any data that appears on the document processed to name the PDF. For example, CUST#_WO#_INV#.PDF.Ā To focus on say, invoices, you could set a global naming convention for all invoices and even override it at the customer level. Messenger EDD offers many additional featuresĀ related to business form and report distribution including the ability to attach supporting documents to outbound and archived documents. For example, attach PDFs of all invoices listed on the statement to the statement in one PDF.
I think you may have to go with a Third Party for this.Ā Once the application turns the printing over to the print processor, it doesn’t really have any control down the line…
