  PSA – E-Mail Notification of Discussions

  If you are not receiving the E-Mail notifications of these discussions, you need to ‘reset’ your Social Groups Settings.

  Account Settings >> Notification Settings

  If under ‘SOCIAL GROUPS’ the top two items – ‘New post in a group you’re subscribed to’ and ‘New discussion in a group you’re subscribed to’ are:

  Not checked, then:

  1. Check Check the 2 preferences On
  2. Select Save

  If they are checked, then:

  1. Un-check the 2 preferences Off
  2. Select Save
  3. Log out
  4. Log Back In
  5. Check the 2 preferences On
  6. Select Save
